Shipping Policy

*All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. 
*Please make sure that you provide the correct mailing address for delivery of your purchase.  Mocha's Jazz&Sass Accessories takes no responsibility for incorrect submission of addresses by the customer.  
*Please allow up to 48 hours for processing of all online store orders, not including weekends and holidays.  
*All orders will ship within 3-4 days from the day the order was placed, IF payment has been AUTHORIZED and VERIFIED. Please allow extra time for delivery during holidays.
*A tracking number will be provided and emailed to all customers once your package has been shipped via Pirate Ship/USPS.  If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, and you have not received it yet, you must contact the United States Post Office directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS. Mocha's Jazz&Sass Accessories DOES NOT hold any responsibility for lost or stolen packages that state DELIVERED. 
*The customer's shipping address must match their billing address. Mocha's Jazz&Sass Accessories does not ship to third parties.
*Mocha's Jazz&Sass Accessories does not offer a pick-up option at this time.
