*While we seek for products and accessories that are nickel and lead compliant, and without any other harmful variants, we CANNOT guarantee that all products are such. We welcome any questions or concerns regarding our accessories, but bear no responsibility for mishaps when a customer willingly chooses to shop our store.
*ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
*EXCHANGES are at the discretion of Mocha's Jazz&Sass Accessories.
*If an accessory is damaged upon receipt, please send a picture to jazznsass@yahoo.com with as much detailed information as possible (pic must be sent within 48 hours of receipt of package to be considered for exchange or replacement). It is up to Mocha's Jazz&Sass Accessories to decide if an exchange item will be approved, based on an individual customer basis. In some cases, the customer may have to file a damage claim with their local postal service.
